All production materials have been hand selected by the development team for the maximum health and safety of the occupants.

A living and breathing light well in the centre of the development ensures excellent cross-flow ventilation throughout the building. The exposed concrete floor in the living areas provides comfort through thermal mass, complimenting the other

energy efficient technologies including a solar hot water system (with gas boost), LED down lights and ceiling fans.

Water conservation is also an underlying objective for Edo, with an underground water tank installed and water efficient appliances throughout.
